Sherrie is an experienced health and aged care professional with more than 20 years’ experience across clinical leadership, operational management and governance advisory roles. Her work has focused on supporting aged care, home care and community service organisations to strengthen clinical governance, regulatory compliance, quality systems and workforce capability.
Originally trained as a Registered Nurse, Sherrie has held senior leadership roles across hospital and aged care settings and has extensive experience working with providers navigating regulatory reform and service improvement. She is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and brings to the Leigh Place Board strong sector insight, governance expertise and a commitment to high-quality care for older Australians.
