Kay has over 20 years’ executive experience in aged care and health system policy especially around issues relating to quality frameworks and provider service delivery. She is a current Council member and secretary of AAQHC and Chair of the Healthy Ageing Community of Interest at the Australian College of Nursing. She is a former National Policy Manager of Leading Aged Care Services Australia (LASA) and has had senior executive roles across a number of health and care organisations.
Kay has a Masters’ of Health Service Management and a Bachelor of Science (Nursing) and is a Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and Fellow of the Australian College of Nursing (ACN).
