Kay Richards has over 30 years’ executive experience in aged care and health system policy and has held senior executive roles across a number of health and aged care organisations.
As a registered nurse for more than 40 years, Kay has a depth of skill across clinical governance, compliance, service management and key stakeholder engagement with an emphasis on issues relating to quality frameworks and provider service delivery.
Kay holds a Graduate Diploma and a Masters’ of Health Service Management and a Bachelor of Science (Nursing), and is a Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and Fellow of the Australian College of Nursing (ACN) and a Member of the ACN Aged Care Nursing Faculty (Past Chair).
Kay holds Director positions on a number of age care service Boards and is an active member of Finance, Audit and Risk and Clinical Governance Committees.
